Basem is expert in multi-jurisdictional transactions as he executed vast number of such projects. He has a proven record of success in negotiations and large transactions internationally.
Basem’s vision is translated in the way he deals with clients and how each client is a priority. He has a significant contribution and is an expert in ESOP plans, SAFE agreements, great investment deals finder and closer. Focuses on financing, securities, and capital market (IPOs).
With profound expertise in various areas, Basem has made significant contributions to the field, particularly in the realms of litigation, corporate, and transactions. His proficiency extends to energy, automoative, constructions and FinTech, where his astute insights and strategic acumen have consistently yielded remarkable results. Basem’s expertise has garnered recognition, and he holds the esteemed designation of a Legal Project Practitioner, bestowed upon him by the International Institute of Legal Project Management (IILPM).
Basem holds LLB and two LLMs from University of Law and University of Sussex and admitted to the Saudi Bar.
